Mission Statement Of the Church
~The primary mission of Unity Baptist Church is to reach out to those whom are lost and to help spiritual seekers become fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ.
~To pursue this mission, the church provides worships, small group fellowship, discipleship training, service, and reach-out.
~We want to be a church of healing that gives love, encouragement, hope, forgiveness, and acceptance to those who have lost hope, are discouraged and are suffering.
~We want to be a church of mission that spreads the Gospel of Christ to the Korean-American community in Nashville through service and fulfillment of needs.
~We want to be a church of family that faithfully worship God, serve members, meet in fellowship of love, and reach out while experiencing the power of the Holy Spirit.
~We want to be a church of ministry that continues His Work for generations to come.
~We want to be a church of fruits of the Holy Spirit that help our members find their gifts of God, develop, and bear fruits according to God¡¯s plans.

Welcome to the Korean Unity Baptist Church of Nashville website. Today¡¯s modern society is often characterized with ¡°speed¡± and ¡°an abundance of information¡±. It is also said that success in our lives depends upon how well and how fast we process this information, and adjust ourselves for a specific purpose. In the midst of ¡°speed, information, and change¡±, what could be the function of today¡¯s church as the body of Christ? The mission of the church remains to be the same for the last 2000 years. The church is the living institution that carries out and executes the Great Commandment of Christ, ¡°go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit and teaching them to obey everything (Mat 28:19-20).¡± This is the very reason for our existence and the very purpose of everything we do. While we remember a word of Jesus, ¡°You know how to interpret the appearance of the sky, but you cannot interpret the signs of the times (Mat 16:3)¡±, we want the world to know the Gospel of Christ with the help of His wisdom. It is our sincere prayer that this website serves well to those who seek the Word of the Living God and loving fellowship in Christ. If you have any questions regarding our church and its mission or if you want to visit us in person, please do not hesitate to contact us. To God be the glory!
